Subway - Charged for sandwich I never got nor wanted...

I believe it was 8/8/21 that I was in the restaurant. I asked the boy who was there what came on the "little turkey". He told me an I ordered it. The menu siad it was 1.99 and that was what I was expecting to pay. When the sandwich was finished, the boy said it was going to be 4.26. I asked why it was so much, because the menu said it would be 1.99. He told me that was how much it was it was going to be. I said that I did not want it then and left the restaurant. When I later checked my bank account I fond that I had been charged for the sandwich which I never got nor did I get a receipt for this. Here is the line on my statement: 08/09/2021

I went to the restaurant on the 13th to get my money back and spoke with the gm, kim. I gave kim as much information as I could but did not remember the date. I went home and called kim with the information from my bank account. Kim told me it would be a day for her to check and get me the refund. That was a week ago. I called kim today and was told that she would need to call me back as it was the lunch rush and she was very busy. I have not heard back from her.
Surely subway does not want to lose me as a customer for 4.26. I will not threaten, but I can assure you that I will not be the only customer you lose. Please take care of this issue asap.
