Yes! They know what there doing! They are scamming innocent civilians out of there hard earned incomes. They injure people on purpose. Keep you paying the yearly insurance coverage so they can keep collecting insurance money. Get an attorney or file yourself at the court house. Get your documents in order. Find a dentist that is not affiliated and has good record of honest care. There are many cases against them. Your not alone. Act quickly.
