I have now tried for over 4 years to get cvs target to give me 90 days at a time since that is what scan my insurance is recommending. Well I thought we finally got it settled, I have even brought in all my pill bottles so maryann can count the pills and fill them accordingly, I though we were now on the same page, but I guess we aren't, so today dec 17 2019 I called and a needed my betamethesone diproionate.05 refilled, the girl regina I think she said (always new personell) she answered we have 3 refills ready, I said is one of them the ointment I need now? No we have to contact the doctor for a refill,, this I have been fighting with them for years, why wait until I need it to contact the doctor for a refill, it can takes days or more, something that I will be needing the rest of my life when their is no more refills should be contacting the doctor at that time so they have 90 days to refill if and when I need it, it is available, thought this also had been made clear multiple times through the years.. I ask her why is this, she puts me on hold for 20 minutes, I hang up and call my wife which is down at cvs now and I tell her how the personel treated me and that they do not have my medication ready that I need today..
