Hello,
I wanted to see if someone can help my elderly dad who bought eBay gift cards at CVS in Vallejo, Ca on Sonoma blvd. My dad was scammed and didn't know any better, and he needs to exchange the eBay gift cards. They total $1200.00. The cards have not been used or scratched off on the back. He has all receipts, and the store manager refuses to talk to me about this. My dad is a 75 elderly man that purchased these and I found out it was a scam. All I ask is for a full return on the eBay cards he purchased at CVS in Vallejo, CA. on Sonoma blvd. My father lives on a fixed income. Please if you can help me with this. I would greatly appreciate it.
