KIA Motors - Paint

my grandsons 2013 Kia Optima pearly white in color has started coming off in sheets This started a few months ago He ha to drive freeways to get to work and is hesitant to drive it for fear paint will come off while driving and hit another car I understand others have had this problem Please advise me if Kia is doing anything about this problem I can contacted at [protected]@gmail.com
