Spent 12 hours trying to get 2020 individual to download. I bought it last year from amazon, but new computer no compatibility, spent 5 hours on this.

I bought another software, 2020 individual to download. I am guessing, I am guessing that it would not download because it was the second 2020. Spent 7 hours on this one making it 12 hours spent altogether.

No help online. Ask about download software code, it tells you about hsas and 401ks and 1099s. When I called she treated me like I was a criminal and trying to steal. This one was very very cold and refused to help me and told her everything I have told you. Over 40 years with turbo tax I have had problems, everybody does but they just give me a link and I am good to go. None for carol hafer now. Hateful

I was using turbo tax before intuit bought it. That was 40 years ago! I have been buying it in this same spot for 20 years. Lived here 20 years with same exact address. Thieves do not stay in one place very long. What idiots. Most people are brand new and know nothing. I have talked to several this month.

Waited on the phone for 4 hours the first time. Everytime except one time all were stupid and had to get help to even pull up my account.
