Jack In The Box

I go to that establishment all the time, and I order the same thing ice mocha coffee... The two last times I have gone in this one girl gives me a flavorless coffee, and expects me to drink, also not say anything. I bought the coffee for another person, and they told me the same thing.. The coffee was flavorless. I returned the coffee, and asked for my money back.. I went this morning on 10/17/2023, and the same girl said they couldn't serve me anymore (which by the way I didn't order ice coffee to avoid issues). That same girl, also told me that if I didn't leave they were going to call the cops (which, also didn't understand since I wasn't being hostile). I was calm, and compose explain the reasoning, said she would still call the cops. I thought that was extreme, ask for the manager, and she said the manager wasn't in, also refuse to give me her name, also the managers name.
