I ordered a specific amount to be delivered to my propane. The driver filled up and put more than double my request. I complained to Amerigas and on January 25th they gave me a $100 credit.
On February 8, 2024 I contracted their customer service who were less than helpful and would not give me a timeframe as to when the credit would be applied. I asked them to note on my account I will pay my complete bill less than $100. The Representative refused to make a note on my account.
February 8, 2024, the Representative was so rude and I emailed 'A notice of Non-Renawal to the existing contract on the same day, February 8, 2024.
Today, February 23 I received a bill for the credit amount of $100 plus $36.00 late fee. I just resent the notice of non-renewal to request a confirmation of receipt and copied Chris Ransom and received the following automatic response, "I am currently Out of Office working until February 26, 2024. I will not be returning emails immediately and may not be available for long periods of time.Thank you, Chris Ransom"
Claimed loss: As of February 23, 2024, $136.00
Desired outcome: The promised credit of $100 plus removal of the $36.00 late fee.I would also like Amerigas to acknowledge my notice of non-renewal.

AmeriGas Propane - Propae service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY's SERVICE! This company filled my neighbor's 500 gallon tank on my account and has been trying to bill me for this for 2 months now. My tank is 250 gallons. I have already paid for my fill. I have called more that 20 times to have my bill adjusted. I am repeatedly told they are so sorry and the bill will be adjusted. However, I continue to get late notice bills in the mail. I have called every number I can find. They all go to centralized customer service overseas. There is no resolve with the company.
Desired outcome: refund my account for the gas that I did not receive.
AmeriGas Propane - Delivery promised not delivered
I've been calling AmeriGas since Friday Jan 7, 2022. We are on an automatic schedule but still our tank was at 20%. I was told we would receive a call and a delivery within the next 24 hrs. No phone call or delivery. I called Saturday afternoon and Monday Jan 19 twice, and after being on hold greater than 10 min I was told my request had been expedited and marked urgent because now our gas is less than 20%. Today is Wed Jan 12 and still no gas. I was hung up on once today and my second call is the same as the first - "we will escalate and you will receive a phone call within 24 hours". There is no way to talk to anyone without a script in order to obtain any gas. I am beyond frustrated and am now looking to change companies. if anyone reads this that can accomplish this - I WANT MY GAS DELIVERED IN RAMONA, CA. Had I known of all these complaints prior to having this company service our gas needs, I would never have gone with them. DO NOT buy your propane needs from AmeriGas, unless you don't want any!
