Starbucks

An employee named Maeve at Pasadena Ca Starbucks at California and lake avenue was curt, rude, and unappreciative (never said thank you or have a nice day). I've never encountered. I've never been treated this disrespectfully from any Starbucks location. I didn't understand if she was just having a bad day, didn't feel well, or just hated her job…. it seemed like the latter as she seemed annoyed and bothered. I guess I should be somewhat relieved as she was behaving like this with the customer behind me…. Just as curt and beyond rude. I value Starbucks and have been a very good customer for so many years. I even order many gift cards throughout the year for all my friends and family. Maeve really soured me today; I felt hurt and let down by what I so look forward to when I enter Starbucks. No matter what type a day I've been having, I usually anticipate the kindness from Starbucks employees. She certainly doesn't send a good representation towards what that model employee looks like. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
