My mom Lila Khaymovich, 93yo, was taken into the Emergency Room at 500 Pasteur Drive, Stanford CA with very poor condition due to the COVID. When she was admitted and change her clothes, shoes, she had her wallet with her with ID card, SS Card, Medicare Card, Medi-Cal Card, Food Stamps. Insurance Card and about $120. All of it was put in a plastic bag.
After she was examined in the Emergency, they moved her to the Hospital Room at M7, room 6 but her plastic bag was not with her after they moved her in the room. Next day I talked with her and she complained that her clothes, shoes and most importantly the wallet with all documents are gone - it was not moved with her. I called to Stanford Security and tried to open the case. Talked with Cris, he promised to take care of it and inform me but nothing happened. Next morning on 8/20/23 I called there again and Janell again promised to take care of it with no any call back. Same evening (9PM) I called Stanford Security again. This time I talked with Alex and again he promised to investigate and call with the case number this morning around 9AM. Needless to tell nobody called back It is possible the wallet was taken by Emergency truck employee.NOBODY CARES including your management, if they keep such employees.
Desired outcome: Please find and return the wallet, clothes and shoes.
