PayPal - ring for 131.25 I paid for on paypal

I ordered a ring from italo jewlery on line in november.. It took weeks to receive this item which I did on 12-24-19 I contacted the company for directions on returning this item on 12-26-19 since it was very uncomfortable on my finger and scraped the pinky finger and made it very red and tender... I got the box to find out how to return it and the writing all over the box was in chinese with no return instructions.! I called them and no answer for days so I sent a email and was instructed how to mail it back I mailed the box back on 01-03-2020 priority mail at the sunny hills post office in fullerton ca.. It cost $8.50 approximately to mail it back to italo and postal clerk said they would get it the next day I looked to see if I had been refunded back to my paypal account for the amount of $111.35 they keep 20.00 for custome sizes over a week later and no credit appeared on the website. I can't find my receipt with the tracking number and I contacted the po to try to find the duplicate receipt... They are working on it but to date they have not contacted me I don'tt understand how this works... Any return I have made with hsn, qvc, ebay or amazon... They get the package back and refund without any calls to them... This place no so! They want me to jump hoops for them and it is totally wrong... Where do they put all the packages in a big bin and you have to call them and provide a tracking number to get your refund? They will not refund you unless you call them and provide a tracking number... What if you don't call they just never credit you back they said I have tried for weeks to communicate with them and no way has this happened... The post office was contacted again today and they are looking for a tracking number for me this company is a total rip-off... But I still should receive my 111.35 credit back
