I visited the ross store #1376 on 2/27/21 I placed a ring on hold with the cashier desk upon arriving to the store, I was reassured my merchandise will be available at checkout. I browsed the store to shop for other items after 1 hour I went to pay & spent $243.00 to find that cashier adriana sold my ring to another customer. Unacceptable service!
Desired outcome: To better train the cashiers when items are placed on hold while customers shop! Verify if the item placed on hold belongs to the individual before giving it to another customer.
