Lowe's

3/25/23 amana washer and dryer was purchased for $1,846.45, additionally the 3 year protection program was purchased for an additional $165. The dryer they delivered is defective! They only turned in these appliances but failed to check if the dryer actually heated up! There is no heat in the dryer!

Biggest problem is actually speaking to anyone at lowes to help us, because they do not help! They send you to “another department”! Customer care hangs up the call on you! It’s impossible to get any customer service whatsoever!
