Rx was called into cvs on San Fernando Rd store in glendale, ca for sensipar for a dialysis patient with medicaid insurance. the technician lady was so persistent that this medication was not covered by medi-cal. the Rx was then called to rite-aid and it was covered, filled and ready to be picked up within 24 hours. NO TAR needed, NO AUTHORIZATION needed. CVS either needs to update your software or train your employees better. The lady technician claimed to have worked there for over 10 years, but she forgot to learn manners and customer service within those 10 years. she was rude and short on the phone. I will never go back to CVS, the company needs to provide accurate information to public.
