Took my family to The Americana, went to the AMC Theatres and the customer service was horrible. We have been there before. This time after the movie, I asked one of the employees if I could get validation. He was walking down the aisle scanning tickets. He turned around pulled the ticket from my hand and walked away. I followed him he "scanned' the ticket. Gave it back to me with an attitude. My husband said, you need to be polite, please call your manager. He then said, I apologize. The manager came her name is Cynthia. When my husband was telling her what had happened, she kept saying okay, okay, okay. Said the best thing for us to do was to call corporate. Gave us her card and said" I don't have the number; search google". After all this the ticket was not even validated.
Desired outcome: If the theater gets busy the best thing to do is hire more people or train them how to keep calm and give good service to us paying for our service.
