Bed Bath & Beyond

I placed order online with Bed Bath and Beyond. It was cancelled without any reason. I called customer service and they opened a case. It was not resolved, and the money was credited to My funds. I placed a 2nd order using My Funds and it again cancelled. Opened another case but still not resolved. Every time I call, it says that it will take 24-48 hours. I am asking them to restore my order.
