Carl's Jr.

On august 21, 2023 at 11:40am at store # 1100226, my granddaughter purchased a 5 piece chicken tenders order from Carl’s Jr., @ $8.89 and a few other items, totaling $21.95. The store is approximately 1/4 mile from my home.

Upon consuming a chicken tender, I found that the chicken was tough, chewy, and tasteless. All of the tenders were the same. It was as though I was trying to eat jerky! They instantly became dog treats for my dogs. My experiences in the past were never negative.

I bring the money to Carl's for a decent product for human consumption but this experience has left me completely dissatisfied. I could have easily frequented your major competitor in the area, but I chose Carl's Jr. What a huge mistake today!.
