La-Z-Boy - Roman power wall recliner

Purchased Roman Power Wall Recliner Love seat and Sofa 8-22-21. The items was delivered 8-26-21. I noticed the cushions in the sofa was deflated (The items are leather and the items recline to different positions by motorization; the loveseat also has lumbar functioning) I called La-Z-Boy and spoke with the sales person who sold me the furniture (Stephen Cole) on 8-26-21 and informed him of the problem, Stephen had scheduled for me to receive another sofa, On 9-6-21 another sofa arrived and previous one taken away. I called Stephen to let him know there was a problem with the set up of the sofa; the backing was not locked in and the sofa was not usable. The third time Stephen scheduled a delivery of a sofa (9-12 through 17-21) and that one had the same problem as the first sofa which was delivered 8-22-21. I called Stephen and informed him I wanted them take the furniture back, because I should not be having these many problems with new furniture, he gave me the number of a Delores the manager, [protected] and told me she was the person that could make that decision. I called the number, left messages, she never called me back. I called Stephen back and he said he gave her my concerns, then finally in about four days she called and I explained what I mentioned above. She ask me what did I want to do, and I told her La-Z-Boy could take back the furniture and she told me that was not going to happen. I explained to her I ask Stephen to take back the furniture when the first episode transpired, and he assured me they would fix the problem. The problem has not been fixed and it's 11-29-21. I put in a Dispute 9-22-21 and spoke with several people, plus a manager named Joshua and he told me it will take 90 days for them to look into this matter and I asked I'm suppose to keep this furniture until you make your decision, and he said yes. I informed him I purchased this furniture because I have a back problem and you expect me to keep furniture I cannot use. I have not had any correspondence from the dispute department and it's 11-29-21. I have tried to be patient and workable with La-Z-Boy through out this entire horrible ordeal. If I have to keep this furniture I would like for the remaining amount of $7, 251.20 to be reduced by $1, 000.00
I bought an extended warranty and they tell the furniture is warranted for life, so from the time I purchased the furniture new to the present [protected]) I would like to be compensated for the months I have had this defective furniture in my home without being used, and to have La-Z-Boy come out and fix the furniture

Desired outcome: Because you will not take the furniture back; compensation of $1000.00 off the remaining balance of the bill and have technician from La-Z-Boy come out and repair the furniturey
