I am asking that $381.00 be refunded back to my card

I reserved a compact car for 9 days, and my CC card was charged $117.00 I had to pay in advance for the insurance I wanted.

before the pickup date, I changed my reservation to pick up the car one day early and I changed to a mid-size car, which changed the insurance to $130.00 for the 10-day use of the car I agreed to that. when I went to pick up the car I couldn't understand anything she was saying but I clearly stated that my card had been charged the $117.00 for the insurance and asked if it would be placed back on my card. I stated that I was willing to pay the $130.00 for insurance because I needed the car for 10 days instead of 9 which I first reserved, then when I asked about the total being so high, she stated that a deposit was added for possible tolls charges and if there were no tolls then the deposit would be put back on my card. I was charged $511.00, instead of the $130.00, I returned the car clean, and full of fuel with no damage to the car
