Hello My name is Angelica Guzman Store #5475
I work at Dollar Tree in Carson California. Store Number is 5475. I need to make a complaint regarding my Store Manager Melissa #5475 . On Friday July 12, 2019 I went in to work in the afternoon I was cashiering and Melissa was leaving the store, I asked her if the schedule is out yet.Melissa said she was working on it. So I said okay She than told me oh yours is ready you come in at 1:30 pm Monday July So I asked her I dont work the weekend.. Melissa said no. So on Sunday July 14th Melissa calls me in at 11:45am to tell me I go in at 12:30pm I am on Schedule and I told her ... YOU TOLD ME NOT TO COME IN THIS WEEKEND I AM OUT OF TOWN IN SAN DIEGO .. So she said let me see what I can do. Melissa hung up on me without saying Bye or anything else. So On Monday July 15 2019 I came in like what she said on Friday I came in at 1:30pm what was my schedule. She told me I am not on schedule . So she sent me home. I dont think She is a good Manager I really think she needs to go get more classes. She very rude to employees.She has very poor communication skills, Melissa is not a friendly Manager. Also lots of employees in store 5475 wants to quit because Melissa does not know how to talk to us at the store. I dont think that was right that Melissa sent me home for her mistake. I did called district manager Ray. And I told Ray what happen yesterday and I dont think he was listening to me what I felt . Ray said He will call Melissa because he said its 2 sides of the story will call me back and he didnt call me back. I fell not comfortable working at Dollar tree and I just started July 1 2019. Dollar Tree - rude service / cashier
Rude cashier attending a customer by blowing up numerous balloons, we asked for help can someone else attend us customers more than ten of us the other cashier responded saying she is helping a customer we said no us, a lady behind me 80 Years old as well complained but 15 minutes later she attended me and said sorry for the wait. I feel a customer is a valuable big part of our community bad service loses business please take care of matter sincerely Jose Villalon a dollar tree customer
