Went through the drive through to order a Famous Star with Cheese and a zucchini, also had a coupon 03/25/21 16:07. when I arrived and placed my order I was the only one in the drive through. Two customers pulled up behind me after I placed my order and the cashier tells me that I needed to pull up. At this location, their is no safe place to pull up and park to wait for your order, so I did not move. A person I believe to be a manager opened the drive through window and demanded that I pull up. I informed this Manager that their is no safe place to to that. I ask that person to either provide the food that I had already paid for or refund my money. She was very quick to refund my money, except she shorted me.25 cent. The money is no problem. I am a former proud Carl's Jr. Employee and have meet the Family of Carl Karcher.
