Today, according to the receipt of my order 320624, time 4:47, I ordered by drive through, when I arrived at the checkout with a lot of imposition, the person at the checkout told me that the next time you should tell me that you have a coupon, I asked him What was the difference of not telling him, he answered me is that I am working at the cashier but if it is his job and I bring the coupon to the window to save money, in a derogatory tone he charged me and I argued that I was not going to do what he told me. I asked especially in the way I was asking for it, I see on the receipt that the name that appears as a cashier is Maria de los Angeles, a woman's name and he was a man, he kept me at the window for a long time until a new customer arrived He gave me the burger in a bad way and almost threw it at me. My family and I have been a customer of yours for years and I had never had this treatment. The treatment is not fair.

Carl's Jr. - Customer service - drive thru
On Sunday, April 3rd between hours of 1p.m. -3 p.m.
My son and I went to Carl's Jr. on 12940 Imperial Hwy, Santa Fe Springs, Ca 90670. We decided to order from drive through I ordered a #1 combo which price read at 7.99 and I ordered my son a 5 piece chicken strip meal which read 6.99 and 2 chicken sandwiches without combo. I was asked if I wanted my order Medium or Large, not knowing that I would get charged extra for either size or that there was even a small option available, since it was not mentioned with the Medium or Large. I asked for medium, so when I pulled up to the window
I was shocked that my total was 32.00 so when I asked the cashier at the window older Hispanic lady, she got very verbally aggressive put her hand out and told me to hold on a minute, basically shut me up. I was only asking why my total was so high and if she charged the chicken sandwiches individually or as combos. Her behavior does not belong in a field where you deal with public, it gives a very bad representation of your business. I will never come here, at least to this particular location, again. I will also spread the surrounding word, would not want anyone else going through the same. I hope that someone does something about this poor customer service.
