Chrysler - Jeep sales

I'm sure no one cares but I still have to say this. I'm a 75 year old senior. I've waited for years to be able to get a keep compass I had a 2019 Buick but it didn't have a tailgate lift and I have a bar in my neck so to difficult for me to reach also the trunk area was way to small for my dogs so I decided to see if I'd qualify for a jeep. The sales man Sean finally worked it for me. I never was shown the keep amd he didn't explain it didn't even have motorized seats, I told him I had 1000 dollars to put down was all. So the deal was done he said he had it I went to finance she never explained anything until I was finished she asked for the 2100 dollars. I explained I never said I had that much but I couldn't get the car without it at that payment. So I used my credit card took all of it funny how they knew my limit, anyway I'm still happy. Sean finally showed me the keep beautiful blue. But no motorized seats trunk or anything I knew about the hatch but not the seats. But as I asked about other points to make my life easier he kept avoiding and saying I got a great payment. No sensors for someone coming around me! Nothing on this car at all I'm heart broken. I live my jeep but with my neck I needed the safety components keep has. The finance person said I'm stuck with it no exchanging it I didn't need much no heated seats I don't care I just needed motorized seats to lower to get my head in the car and the side sensors and lane changing sensors. I didn't have anyone to take with me so forgot to ask all the right things.
Very disappointed in jeep that they let a salesman not understand and help a senior. He was so pushy I didn't have time to think. Then he told me he needed 10s on his survey or he'd lose 3000 dollars. So sad now I have 6 years I won't get younger so the things I needed will
Get more important everyday. Is there anything you can do for me
Thank you
Bobbie Cook

Desired outcome: Trade for a few more additions

Chrysler - service/general manager “alex”

2019 2012 rubicon, heater door behind glove compartment making noise, upon picking up got inside, dash lights flashing & ringing no seat belt, airbags, no turn signals, brak lights service writer tells me they didn't touch lights. It my problem because I have after market tow package on it. I told her everything worked when I brought it to you. Tech comes out out oh sorry I forgot to put wiring harness back on! But yet i'm told I need to go get fixed some where else it's my fault! Next 2019 agian dash lights flashing on abs, sway control, engine, and loose of power at times. Dealership same one bakersfield, has for three days service calls you need a new battery. I pick vehicle up run over to battery store where I got 6 months ago. Check it's fine. Go back it's not fine if you don't replace battery we can not help you! $ 225.00 later service calls me, you need a "alternator" but that will be covered iunder the warranty. Pick up get home put my old battery back in my vehicle and to this day is still running fine. But i'm out $ 225.00 for battery I didn't need... Next last week1/2020 same dealership heater not working at idle had for three days service you need coolant flush $ 350.00 that's maintenance. And we all know but chrysler won't admit that these motor had a sanding problem! But agian that's on me😡 it would be nice if the manufacturer would own up to their problems. Love the vehicle but very disappointed in the service. And lastly the general manager "alex" told me I should trade in, because of so many problems. I said I can't this vehicle has the 100myr. Warranty for what good that is. Plus I have a lot of extra stuff."alex" says to me I can give you all the same stuff on a new one! I said that warranty is not available anymore! He says I can get it for you! So with that said how many people is he betraying? I do not like to be lied to... I will never buy another chrysler product. And will never return to this dealership
