TurboTax

I was unable to file my return online (efile) they told me I had to mail it in manually. I only use Turbo Tax to efile. I opened a case, Case number [protected], they said they resolved the problem. They did not! The person I spoke with tried to help, but she did not resolve the problem or try and get anyone else to help solve.
I had to use another company and pay again.

I want my money back from turbo tax. I am so unhappy.
I have used Turbo TAx for years and this is the first problem I have had.

Turbo Tax is very difficult to get hold of, for anything.
