Petco - Customer Service

Your customer service is terrible

I spent over $1000 in your store to buy equipment and pets, but the equipment broke and the fish tank cracked, my pet died on the way home

So I decided to return them with the purchase receipt

There are other things I bought in the store but forgot to get the receipt, I don't need a refund

But your staff got annoyed with me and printed out a warning saying "maybe I won't be reimbursed for anything in the future?"

Petco really let me down by spending my money on it

Petco - Vetco/vaccinations

My fiance and I scheduled an appointment to get our dog vaccinated. We arrived early so we could purchase a harness as well. We brought the dog over and I explained I would be purchasing a package. He looked over our past vaccinations and asked if we wanted individual or a package. I had stated I had a coupon from vetco for a free rabies shot with a package. He then questioned me on what I wanted because of the past vaccinations. I explained it didn't matter, I was going to purchase a package in order to get the free rabies shot. At that time we realized our coupon was at home. We live 5 minutes away so I was going to go grab the coupon. We were then told if my fiance or I wasn't back by 5:30 they would charge us full price and not honor the coupon. On top of that we would now be a walk-in because we weren't there for our scheduled appointment. I told them just one of us would go but it didn't matter. They were rude and condescending. At that point my fiance said forget it and I used a swear word. I couldn't tell if it was a male or female but they said I'm not comfortable with you swearing. I went to the manager and explained the situation. He told me upfront he would honor the coupon. We went back and because I said one swear word, everyone was freaked out. They also lied to the manager aboutuh what they originally told me. I guess I am a big scary person. I have never been to a place where rude employees are not in the wrong. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office as well. Horrible customer service.
