I purchased a two new ACs + a Furnace from Parker and Sons which was installed on December 12, 2022. Part of this deal was a rebate from the electric company (SRP) of approximately $500+ and a $2000 Mastercard. As of today, May 22,2023 I have not received either, When I first called their office about this matter, I was told the person who handled the rebates had quit and a new person had just been hired.
The electric company has copied me in emails to Parker and Sons advising them that they need correct information as well as additional details of the new AC units, Also a different person was addressing the $2000 Mastercard rebate and inform me weeks ago that since it had been so long since the purchase, he would have to go to upper management to get the rebate.
Currently, my calls to Parker and Sons have not been returned.
It is important to also add, the team that installed the AC units and furnace were excellent, as well as the new AC units! Also, service technicians who have come to address issues with the equipment and other services (water heater maintenance) were very good and professional.
My issue is with receiving the rebates which were part of the $24,500+ purchase.
Six months is way too long to complete the transaction!
Desired outcome: Perform the administrative functions so as to deliver the Rebates.
