3/13/2021 we went to red lobster to have dinner we were there at 3:00 pm we were seated and the servers name was Jordyn N. She took our order brought us bread but no napkins pr silverware she took our order had manager bring our food and when we went to eat it was cold we ordered the date for 2 our steaks were cold they called the kitchen manager he took them back to reheat instead he made new ones took about 20 minutes during that time I asked server for more butter for my baked potato she never brought it we ate some of our food and by then they brought the steaks we didn't even try them because we were done eating the rest of our food I have never been so disappointed in dinner! I love red lobster there the only ones that can cook lobster! But to have it all cold was a real disappointment server came back I told her thank u for bring my butter, and she just stormed off! We paid for our meal and left I'm not sure if I want to go back to red lobster it's been hard enough being to lock down with this COVID-19 and ow we can go out to dinner and to have this happen is a big disappointment!
