Costco

No one at my club could answer my questions why they don't have any small men's clothing so I went online. I asked Cynthia for the reason and she directed me to the vendors to ask them. I asked what is this not Costco customer service? Why are you redirecting me to somewhere else? She then proceeded to tell me that that was the process that I needed to go and seek this out instead of her doing it for me. She then replied is there anything else I can do for you. I was like hold up she is ending the conversation without me ending it, this is not good customer service whatsoever. The person calling hangs up or in the chat not the service agent. I asked her to speak with her supervisor, she replied I am the supervisor. I was like OK well who is your boss? She came back A minute later and said that there was no one available. I said I would wait she then stated that she felt that she was giving me all the information and doesn't understand why I need to speak with someone else. I then said I'm done with this you have all of my information have your supervisor call me, I waited for her to start typing after a minute I then asked her if she understood that I want a supervisor to contact me not for me to wait. It's a yes or no question, she said yes I got out of the chat. It's been a while now and I still haven't heard anything from Costco, this is some BS! I am a new member and this Experience leaves me wondering why I purchase a membership at all!
