I am reaching out to you in regards to one of your employees Jessica Molina. This young lady was very rude and used vulgar language when I asked her where the shampoo was. I told her I am sorry but there is no reason for you to speak to me in this manner. She replied "I'm [censored]en having a bad day ok." She then carried on with ranting and raging about her situation with her other co-worker. She mentioned in her conversation about smoking marijuana. This is when I asked her for her name. I do not feel this behavior is appropriate in a place of business.
