When refrigerator was delivered on Oct. 29, 2021, to my home, the freezer vent wasn't securely attached to the top section in the freezer, The delivery team also noticed this defect, taking pictures that he included on the contact-free delivery notification for my order. I emailed the department manager, Ms. Kayle Hill immediately, asking her to send someone out to look and possibly reattached the vent immediately after the delivery. She informed me on Monday, that the 3rd. party delivery and repair members are refusing to come back to look at it and will only come and pick the fridge up. Sir, I paid $2, 700.00 for this item, and I think the least that Lowe's should send someone out and look at the problem. I also went back to the Little Rock, Ar., west store to talk with the manager but he was not their. Ms. Kayle Hill informed me that she would speak to the store manager the next following day (Tuesday). On Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2020, she informed me that they will not come back to look at the problem, but only come back to Pick the fridge up. Sir, this is unacceptable to me, so thats why I'm reaching out to the complaint board
Desired outcome: Reorder me a new KitchenAid Refrigerator as soon as possible
