Mavis Discount Tire

I got an email advertisement for an oil change and made a reservation for 9:30 am .
I got there at 9:25 but had to stand in line for 20 minutes before I was waited on.
My truck was not taken until almost 10 am.
It is almost 11 and I am still waiting.

I had moved to another business because it was more convenient but I now regret that decision.
I want to go back to my previous business.
This is terrible service.
