I was at your Capital Plaza location in Montgomery, AL and this is the only transaction I attempted on yesterday with my card. Someone attempted taking funds from my Turbo Debit card and their request was declined. When I asked for my receipt, (2/21/2021) I was told the receipt machine was not working. While waiting in line a young black male about 5'5 to 5'6 dark brown complexion with a faded pink visor (had on plastic bag; possibly a cook walked into the garbage can area WITHOUT trash but had in his hands what appeared to be receipts. He was in there for about 10 before returning back inside the building. I glanced over and saw him moving around and bending down Please look into. Being that it is tax season they may be attempting to commit fraud, if not already against other customers.
