KFC - Store management

My son worked at the one in Foley al till today. After numerous issues with employees and evening manager and getting cussed out by kitchen employees I decided to come get him. I've had numerous discussions with the manager. He's autistic and knew that from day one. Yet she still allows him to be mistreated. The staff is not managed and has untrained people running the store. The ADA doesn't allow for this. He should have been treated with the same respect and no one should be cussing out other employees. Each time I have come to pick him up the evening manager is sitting with others while my son and one other is left in the store while they are sitting on the curb smoking. And pulled up to closing guy "smoking"behind the dumpster. Clearly can smell the skunk. Marcel is a joke and the manager brook is never there to see how he treats people. Probably reason why the turn over is so high there. No one cares and no one works as a team. Yes. My child tells me everything. And especially if he's been mistreated.

Desired outcome: Phone call to me to discuss further [protected]

KFC - I am still waiting for a response to the complaint that I filed. I spent quite a bit that night and if you prefer I go to the bbb I can do that.

I'm contacting you on a case that I filed on 9/25/19 at store j718191 ticket 3782 at 501pm. 

I have yet heard anything about this case and I must say I'm a little disappointed in such a large company to no respond.

You should have this complaint on file of my visit that I spent $57.10 and ordered 3 breasts to replace some of the dark meat and was charged for but didnt get (3 of my family member did not get to any chicken that night). Then on my 3 large sizes of mashed potatoes there was no gravy...didnt think you had to ask for gravy. I live 35 miles from this foley store so I called and spoke to the asm joshua who was the person who took my order and told me he was helping from another location but he would take my name and number and let the gm know of me and the issue. He informed me that my order would be replaced or refunded so imagine my surprise when I showed up at the store on the 27th and spoke to the gm she called her boss and he said to replace the 3 breasts I didnt get.

I would love to hear from you so that we can settle this in some way.
