On January 22, 2020, I ordered french fries and 
8 Piece - Buffalo Medium - Breaded Bone-Out Wing for lunch at 12:18 p.m I went to pick up my lunch at 12:35. No one was at the counter, I yelled hello twice and no one responded. I opened the door to look inside to see if someone was there and a guy said I'll be with you. I waited 10 minutes 8 minutes and no one came to the counter. I had to leave without my lunch as I had a meeting with a client at 12:50 and could not longer wait. Every single time, and it has never failed, every time I order lunch online from Pizza Hut at the above location, I am sitting there waiting at least 10+ minutes with the music blasting and no one at the counter so you have to yell or go to the back before someone comes to the counter. When I get my food, its never hot and french fries are cold and not edible. One time I went there another customer was there and she said she had been waiting 15 minutes and no one came to the counter. I go to pizza hut at the above location because it's very close to my office. I don't even know what made me think my food would be warm or edible since the last three times it wasn't and I wasted my money. I want a full refund. This is not acceptable or good business practice My order number is 3200122151836001414035623
