On 1/24/18 I applied for a Security Position at Texas work force Job Fair in Beaumont Tx when interviewed I was asked by a Fat Black Female with a Bad Golden Wig how much experience did I have as a Security Guard. I told her about 6mths. She then told me in a Cold tone I need 3yrs experience to work as a Sorry [censor] none Commission Gaurd. I told her thanks and left. But before she interviewed me, she interviewed five High school kids with No Damn experience and gave them Jobs that same Day. I truly believe That Fat bad Wig female Discriminated against me.
