We are indefinite residents in Ecuador. USCIS and proxies have violated International, US Constitutional Laws, Title 18 and more laws against my husband and I for 5.5 years. They have paid people to attack us, told lies, and tried to frame us. They have threatened my US Citizenship as a Native American Repeatedly. They have tried to frame us, and have alledged many crimes. We have clean DOJ Immigration records, and daily they attempt to cause my husband and I seperate. We are law abiding citizens. They have destroyed our personal property, meager income, killed our service animals and pets. They have not stopped, even without evidence, warrents, etc. They have caused me to go mostly blind in my left eye, have threatened to kill us/ and rape me in Guatanamo. As recently as today they again threatened to remove my US Citizenship because I am married to a Guatemalan.

They have destroyed our life, make daily threats, write on top of our apps and erase. They have erased much evidence, But there are files at the DA and a DVD. They +ave not stopped even shooting at me about 8 weeks ago. And telling me to leave my residency.

Desired outcome: To have the Damages given and to have the responsible parties put in prison as we came to Ecuador and obtained our indefefinite Visas legally, with full DOJ Immigration background checks and livescans before leaving.
