For 5 months I was constantly on the phone with tech support and customer service. I had to hold my phone in the air to not drop calls. None of my devices would hold a connection. My TV would time out every 5 minutes making it impossible to watch a program. I could not send photos via text - and so on and on. I talked with T-mobile and US Cellular reps and went to the physical store 3 times with no expected date for a t-mobile router. I canceled the service 5 days after I paid for the month. Customer service said to discard the US Cellular router. Now they are billing me an extra month because I did not cancel on a certain date - they expect me to pay for a full month of no service and are not crediting back anything for the prior 5 months of interrupted connectivity.
Claimed loss: 5 months of no service
Desired outcome: I do not want to make this final payment of $87.73 they are asking - and threatening to send to collections.
