UroTuning

To date I have ordered from UroTuning six times for a total of $2134.96 spent. They have gone above and beyond on every order. Customer service is outstanding, products are outstanding. One of the very few euro companies I trust. Don't waste your time on the other guys, buy from UroTuning.

I bought a set of headlights on March 3, 2021, but they arrived damaged with several issues. I have been trying to contact the seller through email, but they have not responded and the issue remains unresolved. The headlights I purchased are the Helix VW Mk6 Golf/GTi Mk7.5 Style Headlights with Chrome Trim. I received them on March 8, 2021, and installed them on March 11, 2021. However, I noticed that the left housing was melted and the right headlight's DRL module was not working properly. The adhesive holding the module came off just a few minutes after installation, and it only worked intermittently. I paid $449.99 for the headlights through PayPal, and my order number is ***. On March 12, 2021, I filled out a refund request form. On March 15, 2021, Aaron Hoover contacted me to start the refund process, and I promptly sent him the requested pictures. However, I did not receive a response for 5 days. After sending multiple emails, I finally received a response, but I was asked to send more photos and information. I sent the additional photos and information on March 23, but I have not received any further response as of April 1, 2021.

Of the couple items I've purchased from UroTuning so far, I can say that they are a great company to buy from. I haven't had any issues, the customer service is amazing, and did I mention that their shipping times are probably the best in the business! I highly recommend this company for any OEM or performance parts you may need.
