UrHair – Scamming cancer patients

The wig I ordered is nothing at all like I ordered its a different colour, different style and the hair was already coming out when I opened the box. It's horrible and like a Halloween wig.
They said I should try it on again as they think it would suit me.
Then they said its inevitable when ordering anything online that the colour would be different due to lighting and my screen !
They refuse to refund me and I said I now know you are scamming people to which they replied that I can buy another from them.
