incomplete job???
Abel Vasquez and Tony Ureno Ureno Design Group [U.D.G.] are crooks.They worked on my new home on todt hill and left my house unfinished. Even though we signed contract they never honored the agreement. Total loss from them was 200, 000.I, m posting this to hopefully warn other people..good luck

Flooring installation ureno design group, llc
They hire independent contractors? He insured me that they were 50 floor employees. Well, when they showed up sept. 29th 2017 to do the job, it was very obvious that they were independent contractors. The language barrier was immediately an issue. They ureno design group, llc didn't measure anything before cutting. They were stepping on the shoe molding to break it instead of cutting it, they over cut the door trimming to the point I could stick my finger in the hole, they put defective planks down, they left gaps where the shoe molding was suppose to connect, when they put the toilets back they didn't cut the screws, that holds the toilet in place so the plastic covers would not go back on, they destroyed three different transitional strips that we provided, they put nails in the flooring, they left gaps in the flooring, they came back on 4 separate occasions to do what was suppose to be a one day job on sept 29th 2017, they just finished today nov... Ureno design group, llc I want refund!

Hired Ureno Design Group [U.D.G.] to build new house! Several structural and cosmetic problems! Main beam build wrong and not sound(must be replaced) cost $2500. 3 walls in daylight basement not plumb! no bridging! no header above door!Siding must be removed! trim all dented, siding damage!roof end trusses improperly installed! widow wrong heights! deck footing too small, not plumb, different heights and not in aline! window and screen damage! wrong lolly columns and not enough! house exposed before winter!they are not professionals

Unlicensed!
I was referred to U.D.G by a friend no knowing they were unlicensed company. I called the state and reported them after they took my deposit of $20, 000. I asked Mr. Susano Ureno to return the deposit and all I get is a voicemail. Someone please advise on how to get my money back.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Paid over $7000.00 for a roof repair; roof leaked as bad if not worse than before repair. Contractor never responded to literally hundreds of calls. Had to take him to small claims court and won a judgment; Susano Ureno the owner of U.D.G is a scammer be very careful before handing over money to this thief. Call your California State Contracting license department and file a complaint to shut this person down.
