Ureno Design Group [U.D.G.] review: Scam! ( 10 comments)

Dear Sir,
UDG takes your comments very seriously. After reviewing our records we don’t have record of your name on file associated with our projects. UDG has not managed a roofing project. Additionally, my team further researched our local small claims court and no record was found. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.

Yeah right every ### like this will always disclose a nice paragraph stating they are legit but yet why would consumers comment bad about them, i know a good reason why because they scammed someone out there and they just don't know how to cover there ###. Consumers look closely before you pay these scums any money, i can mentioned 19 people that have been scammed by UDG and up to now they have not refunded any money back. If they really were legit why is it that UDG is not a contracted licensed and Bonded company...

So with Americans spending more than $500 billion a year on remodeling and home improvement projects, it’s no surprise that home improvement has become a favorite target for fraud artists. Some of these shady characters use amazingly well-polished contractor scams that are tricky to spot until it’s too late. Ureno Design Group is one of these fraudsters that go around scamming hard working Americans.

This is the most common ruse reported to the Better Business Bureau. Your contractor explains that because he has to order materials and rent earthmoving equipment to get the job started, he needs, say, 30%-50% of the project price up front. Once you’ve forked over the dough, one of two things happens: He disappears on you, or he starts doing slapdash work knowing that you can’t really fire him because he’s sitting on thousands of your dollars.

I would not do business with any Company or Individual that's mention on this board reason being is that if you have a bad rep you will most likely do a bad job and provide bad service. I like to do my research on companies before engaging in any business contract with them due to being scammed so many times, one thing i found out is that scammers never succeed. There are no shortcuts to being successful the bottom line to moving up as a business is to build a strong foundation with costumers and having a good communication.

I agree on doing your research on a company prior to doing business with them. I'm positive once you complete your research you will find that UDG is being defamed with ALL false comments posted on this site.
UDG believes in making sure the client is happy and comfortable with the services provided. A happy customer always brings in more references. UDG will be happy to provide you with information you need to help with your research on UDG.

YEAH F...Ken right UDG must be a scamm I see many bad comments, you do wrong and wrong comes back. When a company screws one client look at it like they screwed 1000, bad news spreads like wild fire.

You will find that Complaints Board has "Resolved" and has commented on some of the author or authors that are posting false/fake posts to defame UDG.
UDG is not a "scamm" but we do value your opinion to help our case during this investigation of fake comments from fraudulent author/s. UDG does not and will not scam clients.
