I was told my mail could be forwarded to me while away. I called multiple times for service with no help. Upon my return I went to the UPS Store #2433 @ Whitesburg Drive, Suite 30 in Huntsville Alabama and complained that I was told a lie, no one ever returned my calls and I was here to pick up 4 months worth of mail and medications. This was after I was noticed and ignored why the associate took out garbage and finally addressed me.
After my show of irritation the associate CLOSED MY BOX AND DENIED ME SERVICE.
Since then, I am getting NO MAIL AT ALL.

Recommendation: Don't trust UPS Store employees or owners
