University Kia review: 2026 KIA Sportage EX

While I was washing my KIA Sportage I noticed that paint was peeling from the front bumper, I took the KIA Sportage to University KIA in Huntsville, AL to show them the peeling paint and create a warranty claim.
The warranty department person had taken photos of the peeling paint and told me that they would get back with me in a few days. I had waited one week and didn't hear back from anyone, I tried calling the service department several times and couldn't get through. So over two weeks go by, and I finally got through to the service department, and I was told that my claim was denied with them saying that it looked like the peeling paint was from external causes.
I have owned several KIA's the past and have noticed the quality going downhill.
Never Again KIA.
