Flemings is a great place to go if you're looking for a car. The salespeople are really nice and they always go above and beyond to help you out. Rich B is the best salesman I've ever worked with. He's always there for me, even on the weekends, to give me all the info I need to make a good choice. I really appreciate the great service and I'll definitely be back in the future. Me and my wife bought a 1967 Mustang GT500 Tribute from Flemings Ultimate garage in March. When the car came, it wasn't like Tony and Scott said it would be. Flemings is like any other used car lot. At first, it was good but then we found out the real deal. They didn't do a good job inspecting or fixing our car. The website looks good but don't be tricked, this dealership is not reliable.

Me and my wife had the best experience ever buying a car from Flemings Ultimate Garage. This place is the real deal. They got a bunch of cool cars from the 60's and 70's, some vintage roadsters, and all the fancy exotics like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston, Porsche, Maserati, and they all look great and priced right. You'll definitely find your dream car here. The boss man Tony Fleming and our sales guy Rich Budman were awesome. They took their time showing us around and explaining everything. They're car guys who know their stuff and they don't push you to buy anything. Rich was super pro, knew everything about the cars, and didn't mind answering all our questions. We ended up getting a sweet 2007 Aston Martin at a great price and we love it. If you're ready to buy or just looking, this is the place to go. They got the best selection and the best people to help you out.

Bought a 2020 car from Flemings Ultimate Garage back in May. Rich was cool to work with and everything went smooth. They said they lost the spare key and would get a new one, but it's been four months and still no key. I've talked to them a few times, but no luck yet.

So, I got a call from a dude named Trey on a Friday 'bout a car I peeped before. The car was too pricey, but Trey said they dropped the price by 10 grand. He told me to come check it out and if I put a deposit on it, they'd hold it for me. I gave him my credit card info and he charged me a grand. I went on Monday to test drive it and found some issues that made me think twice. I decided not to buy it and asked Trey to refund my deposit on Wednesday. He said he would, but it's been a week and I still ain't got my money back. They're not keeping their word 'bout the deposit being refundable. I just want my money back, man.

I bought a cool 1992 car from Flemings Ultimate Garage of Rockville, LLC for $65,826.00 on 11/21. They said it was all good and had no damage. But when I got the car, it was dirty and had a little dent and a one inch crack on the side roof panel passenger side. The driver who brought it to me saw it too and we took pictures and told the dealership right away. They said they would get back to me. I paid extra for the car to be shipped in a special enclosed carrier so it wouldn't get messed up, but it still did. The Sales Manager, Rich B, called me a couple weeks later and said they weren't responsible for the damage because it wasn't there when they picked it up. But I think they should take responsibility because I paid for the special shipping and it was in the contract.

Hey, I wanna talk to the boss. I've been having some problems with the car I bought from you guys and you don't seem to care at all. You even said so in a text message on January 5th (check out Exhibit 1). That's not cool, man. I tried talking to your staff about it, but they didn't help me out either. So I figured I'd go straight to the top. But if you're not gonna take my concerns seriously, I guess I know why your staff was so dismissive too. It's a bad look, dude. The problems with the car are serious too - they could've killed me or my family. When I first told your company about the issues, they said they were dealing with a death in the family and would get back to me later. But they never did. And when I finally got in touch with them again, they told me to check my warranty. But the salesperson never gave me a warranty! How am I supposed to fix the car without it? I just want you guys to make the car safe to drive. I spent a lot of money on it, after all.
