UPS late delivery

Last Tuesday (12/17) I paid $34.93 for 2-day delivery to Florida. It was delivered yesterday (12/23). Tracking # was 1ZWA75820244533003. I should get a refund.

UPS request to hold package at ups for pu not done

I made a request yesterday for tracking # 1zy873f1034 1662111 to be held at a ups store on s. King rd.in san jose, ca for me to pu & got a confirmation for the change in delivery. I made the same request on tracking #1z81f0y30341990404 at the same time & was able pu today at the designated store. I inquired about the package in question at the store & the clerk could only tell me it was out for delivery. A few hours later, I got email notification that it was delivered to the resident address instead. I called customer service & was told that they show change only being received today, too late to correct. I said that I got confirmation yesterday for both packages! I asked for the package to be picked up from resident address and deliver to ups store per my original request but was told not possible. I'm being inconvenienced by ups error and this is very terrible customer service. The rep said that the only solution is for the package to be pu and returned to sender... Which would create another problem for me! I tried to correct the delivery address before these packages were sent out for delivery. But i'd been given the run around by both the merchant shipper and ups and neither could help me! I'm very angry and upset that ups isn't stepping up to correct their own error and satisfying a simple customer request like mine!

UPS ups refuses to deliver in northern ontario

FALSE ADVERTISING & FAILURE TO PERFORM ON A CONTRACT.

TOTAL BREECH OF CONTRACT. I ordered a package from the US to be sent to Sudbury, Ontario, a substantially populated city in Northern Ontario. UPS took the package to it's depot in New Hope, and refused any delivery from there. They made NO ATTEMPTS to deliver to the verified address. They refused to provide an address where the item could be picked up. They refused to tell me the location of the package. And after dealing with their RUDE customer service agents, wasting my time & raising my blood pressure, they updated their website that the "Customer Refused Delivery", when THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER.

It's time for a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. False Advertising. Breech of Contract. Unjust Enrichment.

UPS delivery

I live in New Paltz, N.Y., we had a major snow storm a couple of weeks ago and I tell you your driver parked and walked up my 430 ft. driveway to deliver to my door, he is to be commended. In contrast my last two deliveries were left at the bottom of my driveway that has been cleared and if that driver can't drive up it he needs to turn in his license, I was a truck driver for over thirty years so I know what I am talking about. The first delivery from the second driver was my insulin, you tell me what if someone stole it, next was a very large package also left at the bottom of the driveway, I had to put it on top of my vehicle, I am disabled and hurt my back and ended up in the emergency room. This driver has no pride is his job performance and should be reprimanded. With packages being stolen every day leaving one 430 ft. from the house is not good business. I f this practice keeps up I will direct anyone I deal with to ship with anyone but you. I have known many of your drivers both city and long distance and pride in the industry in waning . I hope you will address this issue promptly.

UPS late delivery due to ups

track#1Z0845470142608491 was not delivered on time and due to that I lost my client and cost of $ 96.00 for 2 posters that were for an event. Client should have recieved it 12/09/19 Monday 10:30 AM the event was Tuesday early afternoon. The package was delivered 12/10/19 Tuesday @ 7:12 PM, so by the time it was delivered the event was over.
Held up because of address correction but the address was correct and did not need an update address. Please see attachments. UPS did not help me with this I was on hold for almost 25 mins waiting for supervisor. The address modification was not needed and was UPS fault. Who pays for the $ 96.00 cost that I have lost (also lost my client) due to UPS negligence of holding up delivery. My cost for package was $ 96.00 and shipping cost was $ 29.25. I appreciated it if someone other than UPS supervisor can help me on this.. UPS can credit me the delivery amount because it was totally thier fault but why I can't be credited for the cost of posters that was for an event? If UPS was just delayed and or late due to weather I can understand because it is not guaranteed but it was held up due to UPS fault.

UPS ups

I was expecting a package by 10 AM today and it was not delivered. I contacted the sending company and they gave me the UPS tracking number where it was noted that my address had to be verified. When I tried to verify my address, the online system did not let me and advised me to call UPS. When I called, I submitted the tracking number, arranged that I would pick the package up at a UPS center today, and was told by the automated system that a representative would call me in an hour. After an hour, no call. I called UPS again and finally got an agent who spoke English poorly and repeated that I needed to keep following the tracking number to see when the package would be delivered to the UPS center. As of 8 PM, when the center closed for the day, the tracking number message still said that the package was not delivered to the center for pickup. This is unacceptable service and I do not understand how a company like this can demonstrate such inefficiency and such poor customer service.

UPS delivery of package

The delivery of a mattress I ordered from Walmart was delayed but I accepted that.
Today I was anxiously waiting for delivery when I saw a UPS truck stop outside. I live in an apartment complex for senior citizens and wasn't sure if this was my delivery or something for someone else. I waited for the doorbell or a knock and there was nothing so I figured it was for someone else. Later when I stepped outside to check my mailbox, there was the package sitting outside my door.
Since when does a package just get placed outside? Being a large package, I had to get it into my apartment by myself! This was not exactly easy for me to do either considering I am 62 years old and in poor health.
I was not only surprised the delivery was done this way but am also VERY mad that it was done this way. If there's any way I can keep from UPS delivering packages for me in the future, I will definitely do so.
This is absolutely rediculous!

UPS printing, designing of business cards

I entered the UPS Store at 5233 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX 77401about 2 weeks ago and asked for a quote on a business card. A young lady was called from the back who took my sample of an old card and content of a new one. She quoted roughly and gave me an email to which to send both documents to "Dave". I did so and did not receive a response, then sent another email. I then went in the store and the clerk was apologetic and said he would intervene. In 2 days I received a proposal, but many items on my old card were carried over to the new one.

I then sent back a new sample to the email for "Dave" and there was still no response. I sent another, then called the telephone numbers on his email. One was nonfunctional, and the other was a message machine. Frustrated, I went back into the store, where the same clerk appeared. I said I was astounded at the lack of progress, inability to contact or interact with Dave. I added that the proposal from Dave contained half of what was on the 8 year old card repeated, and that my numerous samples clearly gave the new contents. Again, he apologized, and looked befuddled and annoyed.

I said "if you cannot provide this service, you should not be advertising it. If I cannot get a good telephone, or there will be no progress, then I should go elsewhere." The clerk responded "Go ahead. Dave is a busy man" (which is what he told me before when I went in there to provide a better sample). "So then you cannot give me an estimate of the time line." He did not reply. "Well I suppose I will have to go to Fedex or Office Depot, then." "I don't care, " was his reply. "Doesn't it bother you that you wasted my time? What if I post my experience with you." "That's all right too, " he said, now clearly angry.

This deliberate indifference and lack of respect for customer's time is predatory behavior. These proprietors did not adhere to their promises, and basically were insulting me with their antics. This is a perfect example of a business that, if they can't beat the customer, in this case re professional time and disrespect, they don't want anything to do with him.

To say this business is unprofessional would be gratuitous. They do not even rise to a basic level of attempting to help their customers, at least with business care design and printing. They need to remove these services from their ads. This branch reflects poorly upon the brand name. The attitude is incredible, but perhaps there is more to the ill will here that I do not understand. In any case, as far as my interaction is concerned this UPS store is an abomination because of the nonperformance and shameful behavior of the owners.

UPS delivery - 1z5a455e0372991792

I was suppose to get my package on Thursday 12/5. Tracking said it was out for delivery. Then later that night it said it couldn't be delivered because of extreme weather. The next day it was out for delivery and again that night they said it couldn't be delivered because of extreme weather. There isn't any extreme weather. Schools have been open. They roads are fine. I tried calling and can't reach anyone. I need that package today 12/7 and it doesn't look like I'm getting it. Its delayed now until Monday. See below for messages on tracking.

UPS I hate ups

Got a check coming in the mail... Got it sent overnight (it's mine and I want it) got my tracking number etc said it'd be here today anywhere from 12:30-4:30. I had to be to work at 9:30 so I took an early and super long lunch waiting on UPS to NOT deliver my check BECAUSE they incorrectly sorted the package and it may cause a delay! Then I called to see what's the hold up. I always see UPS drivers everywhere day and night so why aren't they getting a move on for me to get my check especially since it's their fault. It's Friday so now I have to wait til Monday. They owe me because I paid for overnight delivery and I didn't get it. I hate UPS! I just told them I was tired of them the other day because I had a package to be delivered and they didn't even knock on my door. I seen them leaving my apartment complex but since he didn't knock on my door I thought someone else was getting a package. Then I got an email saying they were unable to deliver because no one was home! I was H O T T T! They are tooooo overpriced to do such a [censored]ty job! Then when I finally caught up with the driver he was at someone's house looking at dogs! They have horrible service and horrible customer service!

UPS package not received

I ordered an iPhone thru Best Buy. They shipped it through UPS. Tracking # was 1ZV7855E3518645910. Supposedly, it was delivered, but I never received it. When I called UPS, they said it was delivered to a wrong address. They did not provide info regarding what address they delivered it to. They have failed to help me in this matter. I have been defrauded.

On November 22nd I was supposed to receive a 35 pound package. On 11/22 at 12:05am my package was scanned into the Baltimore MD UPS facility. After that scan at 12:05am my package disappeared. UPS didn't receive my expedited package today

I had a expedited package to be delivered on 12-03-19 at 1:43pm stopped by my house and I thought he had my package when after looking in his truck he turned to me and said he had one schedule for this address but it must be on other truck you will receive it later this afternoon well it is now 644pm and I still haven't received it the package is my monthly ssi check and I'm hungry without water and they are repo my car as we speak so I'm not at all happy with your company or your driver's I want cominsated and a refund and my package delivered ASAP thank you very much, Brenda Zapata

UPS former tenant lascaze packages

This past tenant left the address in 2016, and to date, packages are still
l coming to my house for her. Today a package was left. from. Macys by UPS. The package I'd ssf till outside.
The address is 794 East 56th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11234. Please do not leave any Packages for Yolene Lascaze at this address. I have said this to ry he FedEx, the UPS and the mailman.

UPS delivery

The driver keeps dropping our packages art 250 Industrial Dr Mouktrie Ga 31788. This is a mobile home mfg plant that is 1/2 mile from us. We have to send a man in a truck to pick up these packages. We are a furniture store. Can you please get our driver to drop the packages at our store. This mobile home plant has asked us to stop shipping our packages to there location but we never get to see the driver to ask him to bring them here.

UPS imaginary and hidden fees charged by ups

I live in Mauritius. I ordered a parcel of 10 sets of guitar strings (costing 126.90 Euros) as a present for my partner on 24/11/19 from a Germany-based online international Music shop (Thomann). I was informed that the parcel would be sent to me and that shipping via UPS would be 60 Euros. I accepted the order and shipping cost and paid by Paypal. I have attached a partial view of the receipt I received.
The shipment number is no.1ZAY26220437596011.
On the shipment's arrival to Mauritius, I got an email from UPS charging me imaginary brokerage fees representing 14.5% of the value of the item I ordered on delivery of my parcel to Mauritius where I am located. (See 2nd attachment).
The law in Mauritius specifies that no brokers are required for international online shopping for personal use for orders up to Rs 30, 000 or some 815 USD (in my case, the value of my order was around Rs 7, 500). This was announced by the Mauritian Finance Minister in Parliament on 9th October, 2012 and has not changed since. I quote him in his 2012 budget speech: "Recourse to the services of a custom broker is presently required to obtain delivery of articles imported by post or courier services if their value exceeds 10, 000 rupees. I am raising this limit to 30, 000 rupees."
Which is why I call these fees "imaginary".
And secondly, even if these fees were not "imaginary", they also did not inform me from the outset that such brokerage fees (they call this "documentation fees" and "assessment fees") would be charged on delivery. What they did was wait for my shipment to come, then spring these fees on me when the shipment arrived to Mauritius.
This sounds like a double con trick. I often order items online. I have never come across such con tricks from all other postal and courier services apart from UPS.
