Tracking J4663868924. Package was dropped off to UPS Store and they confirm receiving it on September 29th at 5:12pm. From that point on the package has never been found. I have been trying for months to resolve as we have insurance covering from another company but until Unishippers advises that the package is indeed lost, I cannot make a claim. This was a high valued package and we are not getting any feedback from the customer service department. Frequent calls get no response.
Second issue was from March 2024 where we were charged and monies deducted from our charge card but the package was identified as UPS fraud. Amount was never reimbursed despite numerous letters, calls, etc. Because this was not resolved I am determined to get the first issue resolved one way or another.
