I was very disappointed with my experience with Unihair. And Amee didn't seem to care much. It took over a month and a half for me to even receive my wig, and when it finally arrived, I was VERY disappointed. They mixed in synthetic hair with the raw hair I ordered, which was a major bummer. On top of that, the hair was super dry and shed like crazy.All in all, I don't think I'll be ordering from Unihair Vietnam again.BEWARE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This hair was so soft, like a fluffy cloud. It was thick enough to give me the volume I wanted, but not too thick that it looked fake. And let me tell you, there was no shedding at all! I've had other hair extensions that shed like crazy, but not this one. It's been a few weeks now and the hair is still looking great. It's holding up really well and I think it will last me a long time. I would definitely buy this hair again. The price was decent and the quality was good. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Unihair.

This product is soooo good! I can't believe how real the hair looks and feels. It's definitely worth the money. I'm gonna get more for sure and tell all my friends about it.

I recently purchased some hair from Unihair and unfortunately, I had a bit of a mix-up with my order. I had requested light closures, but the lady who helped me ended up sending me dark closures instead. On top of that, I had paid for SDD (super double drawn) hair, but what I received was only single drawn.

At first, the lady didn't seem to care much about my concerns. It wasn't until I mentioned that I wanted to send the hair back for a refund that she started to take me seriously. I was a bit frustrated with the situation, but I appreciate that she eventually worked with me to resolve the issue.

Overall, I think Unihair has some good products, but I would advise double-checking your order before making a purchase. It's also important to note that the customer service could use some improvement. While I eventually got the help I needed, it took some persistence on my part to get there.

I recently purchased hair from Unihair through one of their sales agents, Mary. I paid for delivery and was disappointed to receive my order in two separate packages. When I asked to see the weight of my hair, I noticed that 400 grams were missing. Unihair then forced me to pay for delivery twice, even though it was their mistake. The sales agent lacked coordination and did not respond to my messages after realizing her mistake.

To make matters worse, when I finally received the hair, it was very dry and scanty, especially for double drawn hair. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and will not be purchasing from Unihair again.

Overall, my experience with Unihair was frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and coordination from their sales agent, Mary, was unacceptable. Additionally, the poor quality of the hair I received was not worth the price I paid. I would not recommend Unihair to anyone looking for high-quality hair products.
