I had a really bad experience with UK Outdoor Toys. I bought a Range Rover ride-on car for my child for Christmas in 2018. However, the battery went dead after only two uses. I tried to charge it and even bought a new charger, but it still wouldn't work. I took the battery to a shop and they told me that it was from 2015, which means that the battery was already three years old when I bought the car. When I contacted UK Outdoor Toys to complain, they told me that they couldn't help me because the car only had a six-month warranty.

To make matters worse, the mirrors fell off the car just two days after Christmas. I was really disappointed with the quality of the product and felt like I had wasted my money. I paid ?200.00 for the car and it was a complete waste of money.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could! You should AVOID AVOID this website! They take your money and deliver items that are not safe for purpose. The rebo explorer swingset, in particular, failed within 2 weeks. It had major structural splits and cannot be used. I asked for a refund within 30 days, as the law states, but they refused! I paid over ?580.00 for it, and it's useless now. It's only good for maybe logs for the fire! There are better-made ones out there, but they were massively overcharging and taking advantage of the coronavirus by hiking prices and making a useless garden toy! Please avoid this website and don't make the same mistake as me! Their customer service is terrible! They should be shut down!

I shelled out ?299.95 for a bouncy castle on March 9th, 2010. But just 20 minutes later, they called me up to say they didn't have it in stock and it would take a whole month to get it.
