I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed with UK Outdoor Toys. The customer service was pretty shocking, and the products weren't great for the price. I mean, I don't mind paying a bit extra for quality, but these toys just didn't seem worth it. And when I tried to get some help, it was like talking to a brick wall. Not nice people at all.

But what really got me was when I left a negative comment on their Facebook page, and they just deleted it. I mean, come on! If you're going to have a social media presence, you've got to be willing to take the good with the bad. Deleting negative comments just makes you look shady.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend UK Outdoor Toys. There are plenty of other places to get outdoor toys that are better quality and have better customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with UK Outdoor Toys. I ordered an electric digger for my son's upcoming birthday, which is only 5 days away, but I have yet to receive it. According to the company, it has already been delivered, but it seems like it was delivered to the wrong person. I have asked my neighbors, but none of them have received it either.

When I contacted UK Outdoor Toys about this issue, they simply said that there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable! I paid good money for this toy and now my son will not have it for his birthday. I feel like I have been scammed by this company.
