I placed my order with them on October 18th, and it's been almost a whole month now, and guess what? I still haven't received a damn thing. Like, what the heck, Vitagrace? You can't just take people's money and not deliver the goods. That's just messed up.
So, take my advice and don't waste your hard-earned cash on this shady website. They're nothing but a bunch of scammers who don't give a damn about their customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later for saving you the trouble.

They said, "No refund, no exchange, and we don't care." Can you believe that? We're past the 14-day return period, so now we're stuck with something that doesn't fit and she don't even like it. And they won't even give us a credit note. It's a real bummer, man. We ordered early for Christmas so we could make sure everything arrived on time, but little did we know we were setting ourselves up for a big disappointment with their lousy policies and terrible customer service.
