don't sign up!
don't sign up! once you pay, you can't get it back no matter what! even if you call them early and have a good reason. the funny thing is they don't even have their policy on their website. you can only find it in the confirm shipping address email. there's a tiny link at the very bottom that you can barely see! they don't want you to see it too soon because they'll use it to deny your refund. it's like a scam! i lost my money, don't let it happen to you! don't sign up! don't waste your money!
I signed up my 3 girls for the summer reading program online from this place on 5/31/22
I signed up my 3 girls for the summer reading program online from this place on 5/31/22. But on 6/20/22, I sent an email to the company saying that my kids couldn't go to the program anymore (it was supposed to start on 6/26/22). My work schedule changed suddenly, and I couldn't sit with them at the times we had signed up to help them with the online class program (one of my daughters is autistic with ADHD and has trouble focusing). On 6/21, someone from the company called me back and said she would "see what she could do for me" about a refund. It's now 7/1/22, and I haven't heard anything back. I want a refund for my 3 daughters, which is $721.74. I asked for the refund before classes even started, and now classes have started, but I haven't heard anything back.

Don't enroll in this program
Don't enroll in this program. They try to make you feel emotional about your kids enjoying reading, but it didn't work for us. My son likes reading, but he felt sad and down after the first session. I called them during the session and told them we didn't want to continue and asked for a refund. They sent us all the books at once, even though they said we would only get two at a time. Now they won't give me a refund or tell me how to return the books. I've called three times and they haven't called back. They're not helping me at all.
I tried to cancel my daughter's course after the first session, but the people in charge are giving me the runaround and won't give me my money
I tried to cancel my daughter's course after the first session, but the people in charge are giving me the runaround and won't give me my money back. The first class was only an hour, but it was spent dealing with technical problems. By the time all the kids were ready, the teacher was going too fast, which was too much for my daughter. She cried for the last 30 minutes or so. The class is not what they said it would be. I paid for a course that was supposed to help my daughter get ready for the next grade level and give her one-on-one support, but that's not what happened. There are assignments that need to be done on our own time, with no help from anyone in the program. So basically, I paid to sit with my daughter and do all the work myself. The people in charge don't care about individual students' needs. All they care about is taking people's money. They don't understand that the program doesn't work for everyone, like my daughter. All I want is my money back, but they're ignoring me.
